Rhonda, the owner, is a people person, and a topaz addict. She loves breaking the white sandstone boulders to pop out the honey-colored, heavenly-chiseled gems. So even though she has doctor’s orders to take it easy, she’ll jump up at a moment’s notice and swing that big sledge hammer, or point out the best way to break a stubborn boulder.
